 How to double any app on mobile?

In this, I am going to talk about mostly Redmi Mobiles of MIUI 8 or newer version, but other mobile users can also try these steps.

Steps to double any app are:-

1. Open Settings on your mobile phone.

Settings App of Redmi 6A


2. Search for Dual apps.

Look at Whatsapp. It is Unchecked/ Dual Apps setting for this
is not enabled.


3. Tap on it.

4. Now, it will ask you to Turn ON the dual app setting on the app which you want to double as shown below.

Again give a look at Whatsapp, Dual Apps setting for this app is enabled or Turned ON.


5. Wait until it writes "Icon added to Home Screen".

It wrote, "Icon added to Home screen".

6. After it writes, go to your home page and now you will see a new icon of your respective app which you doubled.


Uses of Dual Apps:-

Like if in your mobile there is only one messenger app and two people use two different accounts. Then dual apps help to make two different messenger apps. So, that you can open single-single accounts in two messenger apps to save time in Switching the accounts.
